Job summary

Elite Alpha Security Services is seeking a dedicated business development professional based in Dubai. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ideally 1–2 years of UAE experience are necessary. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driving license will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in the security industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security guarding services.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
