Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in security coordination, administration, operations, or workforce scheduling is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with guards, supervisors, clients and management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deployment of security personnel across assigned locations.
• Prepare duty schedules, shift arrangements, and staff assignments.
• Maintain updated records of guard attendance, leave, and duty changes.
• Communicate site instructions and operational updates to security teams.
• Follow up with supervisors regarding staffing and site coverage.
• Coordinate replacement personnel in case of absence or unexpected shortages.
• Maintain incident reports, duty logs, inspection records, and related documentation.
• Receive operational concerns from guards and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with arranging site inspections and routine security checks.
• Liaise with clients regarding basic scheduling and security-service requirements.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and site instructions.
• Help coordinate uniforms, access cards, communication equipment, and other security supplies.
• Prepare routine operational summaries for management.
• Support the security team during urgent situations and special assignments.
