Job summary

Accommodation is provided. This is a seasonal contract for approximately 6 months with potential extension based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining or upscale settings.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership with ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
