Kuehne+Nagel in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sea Logistics Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities with SMEs, drive pricing decisions with Customer Care Managers, and present tailored proposals using our online tools. You will demonstrate deep Sea Logistics product knowledge and deliver compelling presentations to win new business.

Expect to monitor market pricing, report customer feedback to the Care Team, and collaborate on onboarding and handover content to ensure

Qualificações

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales in forwarding/logistics.
• Reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour.
• Excellent negotiating and closure skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SMEs.
• Taking pricing decisions in alignment with the Customer Care Managers.
• Preparing quotations using online tools and submitting proposals to customers.
• Demonstrating superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
• Delivering presentations about Sea Logistics products.
• Monitoring competition by gathering market information on pricing and products.
• Reporting customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
• Onboarding new customers with robust content in handover forms.
• Using CoreLOG to maintain customer information.
• Performing CRM tasks/activities and reviewing portfolios with CCL managers.
• Closing customer deals.
