Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences in the UAE is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities. You will use Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and articulate their business value to stakeholders.

Based in the UAE with regional travel, the role blends customer-facing engagements, regional collaboration, and office-based work, covering ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX as part of Oracle's Fusion Applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
• Advanced hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or comparable cloud solutions.
• Experience across the broader supply chain portfolio including Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, PLM, Inventory, Maintenance and Logistics.
• End‑to‑end supply chain design and network optimization experience.
• Experience leading multi‑pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and/or CX is desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or similar AI in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience designing architectures with Oracle Fusion or comparable cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM.

• Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.

• Hands‑on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred experience:

• Experience supporting enterprise back‑office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion SCM Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage.
• A master’s degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
• Industry‑recognised certifications and active affiliations with respected supply chain institutions or professional associations.
