Job summary

ESM - Events and Sports Management in Dubai seeks a dynamic coordinator to build and sustain excellent relationships with schools, principals and sports directors across allocated venues, driving engagement and program access.

You will manage and develop Sports & Enrichment programs, coordinate after-school activities, academies, camps and facility rentals, while ensuring compliance with local laws and HSE targets and collaborating with the commercial team for bookings.

Qualifications

• Degree in sports business or similar qualification related to the field
• Health & Safety Level 3 IOSH or NEBOSH equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues
• Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management
• Set up and manage changes to the schedule of each facility timetable
• Audit quality and support development of Sports & Enrichment programs
• Work holistically with each allocated venue to achieve best access times and activity schedules
• Manage and develop Sports & Enrichment programs at all venues including after school activities, academies, events, camps, and facility rental
• Be the core stakeholder and ensure all users are served to a high standard
• Liaise with FR commercial team for handover of bookings onsite
• Embrace and meet standard operational and HSE targets

Key Objectives

Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management Stakeholders include School Principals Athletic Sports Directors ASA ECA Co-ordinators MSO s and Parent Relations Executives Setup and Manage changes to the schedule of each facility timetable Audit Quality Assure programmes and support the development of Sports amp Enrichment Working holistically with each allocated venue to achieve the best possible access times and schedule of activities and programs to enrich the students and local community Manage and business develop Sports amp Enrichment programs at all venues including After School Activities Academies Events Holiday Camps and Adult Facility Rental Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure you are accountable for all users being considered and serviced to a high standard Liaise closely with the FR commercial team for an appropriate handover of all bookings onsite Embrace amp meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws and rules and regulations of governing bodies.

Proven experience in schools sports and or enrichment fields Proven experience in relationship management and customer service Basic experience in administrative roles A passion for sports and enrichment music activities
