Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all UAE educational regulatory authorities including MOE, KHDA, ADEK, SPEA, RAK authorities, and related government entities
• Manage the student regulatory system including registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and academic record submissions
• Oversee teacher approval processes in coordination with Human Resources, ensuring regulatory timelines are met
• Maintain updated records of all operational permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
• Organize and maintain compliance documentation in line with local and federal requirements
• Act as the primary school-level contact for all regulatory bodies and coordinate communications accordingly
• Work closely with school leadership and corporate teams to monitor compliance timelines and renewals
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, civil defense, and labor regulations
