Gems Education UAE is hiring a School Compliance Officer to lead all regulatory and educational compliance, ensuring adherence to UAE education authority requirements and operational regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have proven experience in regulatory compliance within the UAE education sector, with strong organizational skills. The role offers a competitive tax-free salary and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the UAE education sector.
• Strong knowledge of MOE, KHDA, and other UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing documentation and approval processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Valid police clearance as required for school-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all UAE educational regulatory authorities.
• Manage the student regulatory system including registrations and academic record submissions.
• Oversee teacher approval processes in coordination with Human Resources.
• Maintain updated records of all operational permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
