Job summary

Anumak & Company is seeking a SAP transformation leader in Dubai to drive a large ERP programme across Finance, Retail and other functions. You will govern multi-workstreams, manage budgets, risks and vendor performance, and report to the Programme Director to ensure alignment from mobilisation to go-live and stabilisation.

The role requires 15+ years in programme or project management, 5+ years leading SAP/ERP transformations, and strong English communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in programme or project management.
• At least 5 years leading complex SAP or ERP transformations.
• Cloud/SaaS delivery experience, including integrations with multiple internal and external systems.
• Track record of managing SI and vendor teams, budgets, RAID and steering committee reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE, Clean Core, Signavio, LeanIX and Cloud ALM.
• Awareness of SAP Business AI.

Job description

Looking for a SAP transformation leader in Dubai. I'm hiring for a senior ERP/SAP programme leadership role in Dubai, and I want to speak to people who have actually run big programmes, not just worked on them.

The programme is a large, multi-workstream SAP transformation covering Corporate Finance, Retail and other enterprise functions. You'd be responsible for keeping business teams, IT teams, the PMO/QA group and several vendors pulling in the same direction, from mobilisation all the way through go-live and stabilisation.

What the day-to-day looks like

• Working with the Programme Director and sponsors to keep delivery tied to the long-term goals
• Running governance and giving leadership a clear, honest view of progress, risks and cost
• Managing budget and connecting spend to the benefits the business is meant to get
• Keeping integration, data migration, reporting and infrastructure workstreams moving together
• Handling dependencies with BAU and spotting risks early, before they become escalations
• Leading and developing the PMO and QA teams, and holding vendors to account
• Partnering with the Change Management team on communications
