Job summary

Inspire Selection is partnering with a client in Abu Dhabi to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major ERP implementation. You will own the full programme, shaping vision and roadmap, and guiding delivery from design to post-go-live support.

You will liaise between business and technology partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with real operational benefits, across manufacturing domains like planning, MRP and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 10+ years of project/programme management experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or a similar qualification is advantageous.
• Proven end-to-end ERP implementation delivery track record.
• Manufacturing ERP experience essential (SAP S/4HANA/ECC or IFS).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, stock control and supply chain.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP programme from business case through go-live and beyond.
• Set up governance, plans, budgets and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain and IT.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators to agreed scope and timelines.
• Drive process change and support teams adopting new ways of working.
• Update senior management and programme board on progress.

We're partnering with one of our key clients in Abu Dhabi to find an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major ERP implementation. It's a high-profile role, ideal for someone who has taken ERP programmes from initial concept right through to go-live and enjoys seeing them deliver results.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the full ERP programme: shaping the vision, building the roadmap and guiding delivery through design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support. As the key link between the business and its technology partners, you’ll keep the programme on track, within budget and focused on delivering real operational benefits.

Responsibilities

• Leading the programme from business case and requirements through to go-live and beyond
• Setting up governance, plans, budgets and risk management
• Bringing together stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, procurement and IT
• Managing vendors and systems integrators, holding them to agreed scope, quality and timescales
• Driving process change and supporting teams as they adopt new ways of working
• Keeping senior management and the programme board updated on progress and key decisions

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• 10 years+ experience in project/programme management
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or a similar qualification would be an advantage
• A strong track record of delivering ERP implementations end to end
• Manufacturing ERP experience is essential, ideally SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) or IFS
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, MRP, stock control and supply chain
• Excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to engage confidently with operational teams and senior leadership alike
• Organised, commercially minded and composed under pressure
