Job summary

Michael Page UAE is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive enterprise application initiatives, including SAP and ERP platforms. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating with the Head of IT and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with budgets and performance targets.

The role demands 7-10 years in IT project management with hands-on SAP/ERP experience, strong leadership and communication, plus governance and vendor-management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related.
• 7-10 years' IT project management experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong SAP and ERP project delivery experience and stakeholder management.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile or Dynamics certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and enterprise application projects from scope definition through delivery.
• Own and optimise key business apps, including SAP and ERP platforms.

Description

Lead IT and enterprise application projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and budgets.Own and optimise key business applications, including SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX, while supporting application lifecycle management.Partner with business functions to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions, providing recommendations on adoption, upgrades and continuous improvement.Support IT governance through vendor management, reporting, budgeting, compliance and the development of robust policies and procedures

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.7-10 years' experience within IT project management, enterprise applications or a closely related environment.Strong hands-on experience with SAP and ERP environments, including Microsoft AX.Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering IT projects alongside managing operational technology requirements.Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous
