Job Overview

A senior delivery leader experienced in large‑scale ERP Cloud programmes, Oracle Cloud, SAP S‑4HANA, enterprise transformation, governance, system integration, data migration, and cross‑functional change management. The role leads multi‑entity ERP transformation across finance, HR, procurement, and other business domains, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder confidence, vendor performance, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end governance, planning, execution, and delivery of a multi‑entity ERP Cloud transformation programme.
• Oversee ERP Cloud projects across finance, HR, procurement, shared services, and other business domains to ensure delivery alignment.
• Manage project managers, workstream leads, internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and senior stakeholders.
• Establish programme governance, reporting cadence, escalation paths, risk controls, issue management, executive dashboards, and decision forums.
• Coordinate key workstreams covering process re‑engineering, data migration, data cleansing, system integration, change management, and user adoption.
• Monitor vendor and system integrator performance, including contracts, KPIs, SLAs, commercial matters, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
• Guide business process re‑engineering activities to ensure future‑state processes align with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
• Lead the setup and operating model of an ERP Center of Excellence for training, innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing.
• Engage steering committees, executive sponsors, business leaders, IT teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain support and programme momentum.
• Track programme budgets, resource allocation, ROI, delivery progress, dependency risks, and benefits realization.
• Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and enterprise technology controls.
• Maintain clear documentation for programme decisions, transformation risks, milestones, integration dependencies, and executive reporting.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10‑15 years of experience in large‑scale IT project or programme management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading ERP Cloud programmes across multiple entities, business units, or departments.
• Strong delivery experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP S‑4HANA, or similar enterprise ERP Cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios covering finance, HR, procurement, data, integration, change, and transformation workstreams.
• Experience with PMP, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent delivery certifications is a strong advantage.
• Strong background in data governance, migration, cleansing, quality controls, and ERP transformation data readiness.
• Demonstrated success in business process re‑engineering, enterprise architecture alignment, and operating model improvement.
• Experience in public sector programmes, shared services, or large digital transformation environments is preferred.
• Strong vendor and system integrator management experience, including contract control, commercial negotiation, KPI tracking, and SLA enforcement.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain delivery discipline under pressure.
