Job summary

Anumak & Company is seeking a SAP transformation leader in Dubai to drive a large ERP programme across Finance, Retail and other functions. You will govern multi-workstreams, manage budgets, risks and vendor performance, and report to the Programme Director to ensure alignment from mobilisation to go-live and stabilisation.

The role requires 15+ years in programme or project management, 5+ years leading SAP/ERP transformations, and strong English communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in programme or project management.
• At least 5 years leading complex SAP or ERP transformations.
• Cloud/SaaS delivery experience, including integrations with multiple internal and external systems.
• Track record of managing SI and vendor teams, budgets, RAID and steering committee reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE, Clean Core, Signavio, LeanIX and Cloud ALM.
• Awareness of SAP Business AI.

Responsibilities

• Work with Programme Director and sponsors to align delivery with long-term goals.
• Run governance and provide leadership with clear view of progress, risks and cost.
• Manage budget and link spend to business benefits.
• Keep integration, data migration, reporting and infrastructure workstreams moving together.
• Handle dependencies with BAU and spot risks early to avoid escalations.
• Lead and develop the PMO and QA teams, holding vendors to account.
• Partner with Change Management on communications.
