Job summary

Client of Next Ventures Limited is seeking a Director-level SAP S/4HANA Programme Lead in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, governance, and client leadership across the GCC region.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, manage multi-country teams, and oversee delivery partners to ensure successful deployments and strategic outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Experience as Programme Director or Delivery Director.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and multi-country teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the successful delivery of major SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Lead complex end-to-end transformations from strategy and design through implementation, deployment and stabilisation.
• Act as the senior point of contact for C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand the consulting relationship.
• Lead and develop large programme teams across functional, technical and business workstreams.
• Manage systems integrators, subcontractors and delivery partners.
• Own programme governance, delivery methodology, risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
• Provide executive-level reporting and steerage to client leadership and internal management.
• Support business development proposals and SAP transformation opportunities across the GCC.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s SAP S/4HANA consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing large multi-country and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial and financial management experience
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and C-suite relationships
• Experience managing global systems integrators and multiple delivery partners
• Strong programme governance risk and dependency management capabilities
• Previous consulting experience within a major SAP consultancy or systems integrator
• Experience delivering programmes within the GCC Middle East is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel across the region as required

Desirable

• Desirable SAP S 4HANA certification
• Experience with RISE with SAP and or SAP Cloud transformation
• Experience across multiple SAP modules and integration technologies
• Experience in sectors such as government manufacturing aerospace amp defence energy utilities or financial services
• Existing relationships with senior SAP and business stakeholders across the GCC
• Arabic language skills would be advantageous
