Role Context
The SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager is responsible for ensuring Azizi Developments ' HR technology platform remains reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving workforce requirements. The position acts as the functional owner of SuccessFactors and translates HR business needs into system configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting solutions, and process improvements. As the organization continues to expand, effective HR systems management is critical to maintaining accurate employee records, standardized processes, efficient recruitment and onboarding, reliable performance management, effective learning administration, and data‑driven workforce decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting Management.
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for SuccessFactors-related queries, incidents, enhancements, configuration requirements, and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate configuration of employee data structures, organizational hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and HR master data.
- Configure and administer role‑based permissions to ensure users receive appropriate system access.
- Monitor system security and protect sensitive employee and organizational information.
- Maintain data integrity across employee records, reporting relationships, organizational structures, and lifecycle transactions.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant HR and system stakeholders.
- Review HR business processes and identify opportunities to simplify workflows through system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure workflows, business rules, fields, templates, notifications, and related functional settings.
- Lead SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Coordinate system upgrades, new module implementations, configuration changes, and functional enhancements.
- Develop implementation plans covering testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go‑live, and post‑production support.
- Lead regression testing following SAP SuccessFactors release cycles.
- Evaluate new SAP functionality and recommend features that provide measurable business value.
- Manage integration requirements between SuccessFactors and payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, and other internal or third‑party platforms.
- Support implementation and integration of Smart Recruiters where required.
- Coordinate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, interfaces, and SuccessFactors integration tools.
- Monitor integration failures and work with relevant teams to resolve interface issues.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand employee lifecycle, recruitment, learning, performance, onboarding, and workforce administration requirements.
- Work with IT teams to ensure infrastructure, security, integration, and technical dependencies are properly managed.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors on project deliverables and support requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service‑level agreement performance.
- Maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process maps, change records, and system procedures.
- Develop user guides and training materials for HR administrators, managers, and business users.
- Deliver system training and provide practical guidance on SuccessFactors functionality.
- Support HR administrators with troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Establish clear escalation routes for technical or vendor‑related incidents.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics from SuccessFactors.
- Work with HR leadership to define reporting requirements and improve workforce visibility.
- Validate report accuracy before information is distributed to management.
- Support data‑driven decision‑making through reliable system reporting and analytics.
- Maintain compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
- Review system changes for potential security, privacy, or compliance impact.
- Maintain controlled documentation covering system releases, enhancements, testing evidence, and approvals.
- Monitor system performance and recommend preventive improvements where recurring issues are identified.
- Manage enhancement backlogs and prioritize requests according to business impact and urgency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology and employee processes.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders regarding planned changes, outages, releases, and system enhancements.

- Hands‑on functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
- Strong practical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Functional knowledge of Learning Management System.

- Functional knowledge of Recruiting Management.
- Experience configuring SuccessFactors workflows, business rules, and role‑based permissions.

- Practical experience with system configuration, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and production support.
- Experience managing SuccessFactors upgrades and release‑related testing.
- Strong knowledge of HR system security and data integrity requirements.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, or third‑party platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of Smart Recruiters is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite or CPI is preferred.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors integration tools, APIs, and interface concepts is beneficial.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more relevant modules is advantageous.
