Job summary

SAP SuccessFactors (HXM) Delivery Executive in Dubai is a senior project leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.

You will partner with CHROs and HR leaders, drive project governance, mentor cross-functional teams, and coordinate with Services Sales to expand the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 13+ years of project management experience in structured deployments.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and delivery.
• Proven ability to interact with CHROs and HR leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.

Job Summary

The SuccessFactors HXM Delivery Executive is an expert of SuccessFactors solution and a project manager. Every CV without clear SuccessFactors knowledge and project‑management skills will be discarded.

Key Responsibilities

• The delivery executive manages the complete lifecycle of a project and delivers expected outcomes for the customer.
• Understands company commitments and customer expectations, steering project activities accordingly.
• Provides leadership to the project cross‑functional team.
• Supports and drives additional business in conjunction with the Services Sales team.
• Articulates the project objectives, structures of the project team and the project plan, coaches team members, defines objectives and priorities, evaluates performance and reinforces successes.
• Drives project outcomes defined in contractual documents, typically in terms of scope, quality, schedule and budget, and per agreed delivery methodology.
• Can be entrusted to one or several projects, at varied complexity levels, aligned with experience and seniority.
• Develops a business consulting mindset and advises customers, SI partners and internal SAP resources on best practices related to cloud solutions and delivery.
• Supports sales in defining project approach and contributes to project structuring, solutioning reviews, scope definition, schedule, resourcing and risk assessment.
• Ensures proposed project approach is consistent with the customer’s vision and contributes to realizing expected outcomes.
• Incorporates appropriate methodologies and tools, including SAP accelerators such as templates, best practices and project tools.
• Oversees handover from sales closure to project kickoff (Sales‑to‑Delivery).
• Manages planning, monitoring and controlling of projects, including resources, financials, scope, RAID, deliverables reviews, and approvals.
• Facilitates timely decisions with project sponsors and review boards, escalates issues to SAP leadership, and leads governance and reporting.
• Ensures quality standards are met and delivers high quality outputs.
• At milestones and closure, ensures customer sign‑off on contractual deliverables.
• Captures lessons learned and provides feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensures knowledge transfer to subsequent owners for efficient operations.
• Celebrates project success with teams and internal communication.
• Maintains awareness of services strategy, promotes adoption of tools and methodology, and coaches team leads.
• Maintains up‑to‑date mandatory training records and knowledge of certification literature.
• Contributes actively to the services community and practice of project management.
• Maintains profound understanding of SAP solutions, services business processes and functions.
• Pre‑actively develops functional expertise on HR processes and market trends.
• Gains deep knowledge of cloud projects, multi‑cloud, hybrid landscapes, and shares best practices.
• Maintains complete understanding of the SAP services portfolio and leverages it to meet customer needs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors solution and delivery management.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree.
• 13+ years of project management experience in implementations using formal methodology, techniques and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise on HR processes, best practices and market trends.
• Experience interacting with CHROs and HR leaders in customer organisations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables (project charter, plan, status reports, timesheets, minutes, budget, schedule).
• Experience managing issues and bringing projects to successful completion.
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
