The candidate will bridge business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors to ensure successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in HR Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Responsabilités

• Drive successful implementation and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors.
• Gather, analyze and document HR requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Serve as primary contact between HR, IT and business units for SAP SF initiatives.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure quality delivery.
