Discovered MENA is seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant for a 1-year contract in the UAE. You will steer an end-to-end HR transformation, validate deliverables, and ensure high-quality SAP HR, Payroll, and IT solutions.

As client-side HR Design Authority, you will challenge partner designs, run fit-gap workshops, manage data migration and cutover, and guide integrations with S/4HANA Cloud while minimizing custom builds.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors configuration.
• End-to-end EC + Talent/Time/Payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with data migration and SAP best practices.
• UAE/GCC HR/Payroll localization experience is a plus.

Lead SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant - Contract opportunity

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Ready to spearhead an end-to-end Greenfield SAP transformation for one of the UAE’s premier enterprise groups?

Role Summary

You will be the client-side HR Design Authority responsible for guiding a major HR transformation. You will provide hands-on functional expertise, validate implementation partner deliverables, and ensure solution quality across HR, Payroll, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and challenge implementation partner designs, enforcing SAP best practices.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage RBP, workflows, data privacy, and integrations with S/4HANA Cloud and third-party tools.
• Redesign HR processes to standardize capabilities and minimize custom builds.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors configuration; minimum 1 full end-to-end implementation (EC + Talent/Time/Payroll).
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• Strong vendor governance, data migration, RBP, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC HR/Payroll localization experience is an advantage.
