The Glam Room in Dubai invites applications for a friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first contact for clients at our Dubai salon. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, coordinate with staff, and ensure a warm, seamless salon experience.

The ideal candidate is female with strong communication, is highly organized, and can handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media, including coordinating home-service bookings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in receptionist/front desk roles.
• Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Coordinate daily appointments with salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage home-service bookings and coordinate client details, locations, services and staff schedules.
• Handle client check-in and check-out, payments and receipts.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
