Job summary

Flip retail seeks a highly proficient Branch Manager for a Dubai beauty salon. You will lead daily operations, manage payroll and inventories, and implement marketing strategies to boost bookings.

You will collaborate with Marketing to maintain brand imagery, ensure excellent customer service, and handle grievances promptly. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree preferred and about 4 years in a salon or health club setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a salon or health club preferred.
• Experience in branch operations and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch monetary results and daily operations.
• Maintain inventories, payroll, and record-keeping.
• Develop advertising/marketing strategies to increase bookings.
• Coordinate with Marketing Group on campaigns and imagery.
• Ensure high customer service levels and resolve grievances promptly.
• Analyze KPIs and schedule tasks to meet targets and sales.
• Maintain signage and marketing collateral; improve processes.
• Manage staff and ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Identify visitor needs and adapt products/services accordingly.
• Create process improvement groups and monitor progress.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
