Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a talented Salon Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury beauty salon in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will drive exceptional client service, manage staff, and maintain salon standards.

Responsibilities include supervising beauticians, therapists and receptionists, ensuring hygiene, handling appointments, tracking sales, creating promotions, and delivering reports while complying with UAE health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (35 years) as a Salon Manager or Supervisor in a reputable salon.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff schedules handle customer queries and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent knowledge of salon services beauty treatments and products.
• Basic understanding of sales targets inventory control and P&L management.
• Proficiency in salon software (e.g. Fresh a Zenoti) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Thai are a plus.

• Act as the point of contact for management clients and vendors.
