• 3–5 years of experience leading an upscale ladies’ salon or luxury spa within the UAE.
• Proficiency in salon management POS systems (e.g., Phorest) and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (Arabic preferred).
• Based in the UAE with Abu Dhabi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily salon procedures, manage appointment scheduling systems, and preserve cleanliness standards.
• Lead, train, schedule, and inspire a multicultural team of stylists, nail technicians, and beauticians.
• Achieve monthly service and retail sales goals, track daily cash flow, and manage payroll/commission logs.
• Oversee retail and professional product inventory, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with vendors.
• Deliver high-tier customer care, attend to VIP clientele, and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Implement marketing activities and local social media campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Enforce strict compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality sanitation, health, and safety protocols.
