Free Quotes.ae, a UAE-based digital marketplace, is seeking a full-time on-site Salesperson in Dubai to promote the platform to service providers and customers. You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct sales calls and in-person meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals to grow the marketplace.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with operations and marketing to improve client and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with track record of targets
• Customer service and relationship management abilities, active listening and problem-solving
• Effective communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketplaces or SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of UAE services market and selling to SMEs/local providers preferred

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai. The Salesperson will engage with service providers and customers to promote Free Quotes.ae, explain platform benefits, and support onboarding of new partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals to grow the marketplace. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve customer and provider experiences. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from clients, and contribute to sales strategies that drive revenue and platform usage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management; marketplace or tech experience is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
