Job summary

Globant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager/Director in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformations for enterprise clients. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and engage CXOs to align business goals with Salesforce execution.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years IT delivery/consulting experience, with at least 6-8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Proven history of multi-cloud Salesforce transformations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud/Integration) for major enterprise clients.
• Experience in top-tier management or technology consulting firms preferred.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Background across Financial Services, Government, Real Estate, Retail, or Telecom is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation roadmaps from inception to post-launch adoption.
• Define and enforce delivery governance, risk management frameworks, quality standards, and KPIs across all active programs.
• Direct multi-disciplinary delivery teams (Project Managers, Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and QA).
• Manage portfolio financials, P&L, resource utilization, budget tracking, and schedule variance across engagements.
• Serve as the single point of accountability and primary executive escalation point for key client stakeholders and CXOs.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, QBRs, and executive reporting to demonstrate ROI and value realization.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, aligning business goals with Salesforce technical execution.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architecture teams to define delivery scope, effort estimation, SOW drafting, and multi-vendor alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell) to expand the Salesforce footprint.
• Champion Agile, Scrum, and modern release management methodologies across the delivery organization.
• Mentor and coach delivery leads and project managers to high performance.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Delivery Manager / Director to lead the execution, governance, and client engagement for our enterprise-grade Salesforce transformation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional technical teams, driving account growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (CXOs).

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data Cloud) within large enterprise environments, combined with deep consulting leadership and delivery excellence.

• Mentor and coach delivery leads and project managers to build a high-performing practice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10 to 15+ years of overall IT delivery/consulting experience, with at least 6-8+ years dedicated to leading enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Track Record: Proven history of leading multi-cloud Salesforce transformations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud/Integration) for major enterprise clients.
• Consulting Background: Prior experience in top-tier management or technology consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, System Integrators) is strongly preferred.
• Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management frameworks, with hands-on proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Domain Exposure: Background across industries such as Financial Services, Government, Real Estate, Retail, or Telecom is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM / CSM).
• Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).
