Job summary

CPME Consulting in Dubai is seeking a corporate services professional to oversee business setup and ongoing compliance across mainland, free zones and offshore jurisdictions.

You will coordinate end-to-end incorporation, license renewals, and post-setup services such as accounting, immigration, and document clearance while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business setup and incorporation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Manage company law compliance, amendments, renewals, and dissolutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end incorporation process and license renewals for clients.
• Handle routine correspondence with clients and provide updated information to prospects.
• Assess client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and compare jurisdictions to recommend cost-effective options.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and service providers in the UAE and internationally.
• Support post-setup services including accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, immigration and visa services, document clearance, and office administration.
• Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
• Ensure client records and documentation are accurate and securely maintained.
• Develop expertise in UAE laws and business practices relevant to corporate services.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client and company information.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers in the UAE and internationally.
• Support post-setup services including:
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing
  • Immigration and visa services (tourist, visit, employment, residence)
  • Document clearance and attestation
  • Office administration services
• Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
• Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and securely maintained.
• Develop and maintain expertise in UAE laws, regulations, and business practices relevant to corporate services.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client and company information at all times.
