Job summary

Yallasheal, a UAE-based pickup and drive-thru pre-order app, seeks a Sales Representative to expand our merchant network across Dubai. You will identify and approach restaurants, cafés and bakeries, present our partnership model, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in person with potential partners.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• F&B, POS, or fintech background is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic CRM or sales-tracking tool familiarity.
• Knowledge of the Dubai F&B and restaurant scene.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and bakeries as potential merchant partners
• Present the Yallasheal partnership model, including commission structure and settlement terms
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through signed agreement
• Build and maintain relationships with merchant owners and managers
• Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets
• Coordinate with the onboarding team for device setup and staff training handoff

Desired Candidate Profile
