Job summary

Yallasheal is seeking a Sales Representative to expand the merchant network in Dubai. You will identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, presenting the partnership model with commissions and settlements.

You will manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements, build lasting merchant relationships, and help onboard partners with device setup and training handoff, aiming to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in F&B, POS, or fintech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic CRM or sales-tracking tool familiarity.
• Knowledge of the Dubai F&B and restaurant scene.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
