Job summary

Schokorize is expanding its UAE field sales team in Dubai. You will visit supermarkets, grocers, cafés and retail outlets daily to present our chocolate products and secure orders.

The role requires strong communication, a drive to hit targets, and comfort working in the field with occasional driving. Familiarity with WhatsApp, maps, Excel or a CRM is a plus; UAE driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills required.
• Comfortable visiting customers in the field daily.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel or CRM systems.

• Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, leads, orders and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
• Monitor competitor products, prices and promotions.

• Introduce and present our chocolate products to store owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers.
• Carry product samples, catalogues, price lists, and promotional materials during field visits.
• Generate new orders and open new customer accounts.
• Follow up with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new sales areas, retailers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback regarding products, pricing, packaging, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate daily records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, and market presence.
• Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, chocolates, confectionery, food products, or retail distribution is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Must be comfortable spending most of the working day visiting customers in the field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven and confident in approaching new customers.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel, or CRM systems.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the UAE retail market is an advantage.
• English is required; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi would be an advantage.
