Job summary

Schokorize is expanding its UAE field sales team in Dubai. You will visit supermarkets, grocers, cafés and retail outlets daily to present our chocolate products and secure orders.

The role requires strong communication, a drive to hit targets, and comfort working in the field with occasional driving. Familiarity with WhatsApp, maps, Excel or a CRM is a plus; UAE driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills required.
• Comfortable visiting customers in the field daily.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, mini marts, cafés, gift shops, petrol stations, corporate offices and other potential customers daily.
• Present and introduce our chocolate products to store owners and decision-makers.
• Carry product samples, price lists, and promotional materials during visits.
• Generate new orders and open new customer accounts.
• Follow up with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new sales areas, retailers, distributors and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, leads, orders and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
• Monitor competitor products, prices and promotions.
