Job summary

Al Futtaim Technologies LLC is seeking an Operations Executive to enhance efficiency across administrative, systems, and sales operations. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, drive system readiness, and support new location openings to ensure seamless business continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in administrative operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage multi-brand processes, inventory, and vendor relationships while ensuring timely go-lives and high SLA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Administrative Operations Management.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP/system enhancements across functions and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead end-to-end administration of sales operations including outbound vehicle delivery, trade-in management, and used car lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate operational readiness of new locations with cross-functional resources for system setup and vendor enablement.
• Oversee centralized PO management and vendor engagement to support day-to-day operations across locations.
• Manage multi-brand operational performance including inventory flow, used car procurement and pricing governance, fleet utilization, and Charger business operations.
• Ensure 100% systems readiness before go-live and on-time vendor onboarding and PO setup.
• Aim for 95%+ SLA adherence on transactions and zero errors in vehicle processing.
• Track cost efficiency against budgets and minimize vendor-related delays to under 2%.
