Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an Operations Executive to boost efficiency across administrative, system, and sales operations for multiple automotive brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure SAP/system readiness, and support rollout of new locations to keep operations smooth.

In this role you will oversee centralized PO management, vendor engagement, inventory flow, and performance against SLAs, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Administrative Operations Management or similar.
• Knowledge of HR management and finance is a plus.
• Ability to coach teams and enable cross-functional support across units.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and change management of SAP/system enhancements across functions.
• Lead end-to-end administration of sales operations, including outbound delivery, trade-ins, and used car lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate readiness of new locations, aligning system setup, infrastructure, and vendor enablement.
• Oversee centralized PO management and vendor engagement for daily operations across units and locations.
• Manage multi-brand operations, optimize inventory flow, and govern pricing and fleet utilization.
• Ensure system readiness before go-live and timely vendor onboarding and PO setup.
• Aim for 95%+ SLA adherence on operational transactions with minimal errors.
• Track cost efficiency and keep vendor-related delays under 2%.
