Bayut & dubizzle, iconic UAE brands, seeks a Sales Operations Executive to support and enable the sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently across our UAE markets.

You will work with CRM tools, account managers, and the sales team to streamline onboarding, reporting, and processes, providing actionable insights and improving the sales cycle. A background in e-commerce/classifieds and strong communication are valued; we offer health insurance and a tax-free salary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: maintain and manage sales databases and assign clients to Account Managers.
• Business Enablement: onboard and educate account managers; share performance reports.
• Technical/Ops Support: liaise with Sales Ops and operations teams for feedback and issues.
