Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE seeks an Operations Support Executive to back the sales team with streamlined processes, client inquiries, and essential administrative support. You will help create classified car packages, generate payment links, and coordinate between internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer support, fluent English and Arabic, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• A minimum of secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales support and customer support role.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail/Drive/Docs/Sheets/Calendar).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proactive and result‑driven with a team player mindset.

As an Operation Support Executive, your primary role is to support the sales team in achieving their goals effectively and efficiently. You will play a vital role in simplifying the sales processes, handling inquiries, and providing important administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating classified car packages, generating payment links, and facilitating communication between internal teams.

In this role you will:

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries, responding to customer requests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in setting up packages, payment plans, maintaining client database in the systems, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to expedite sales processes and resolve issues effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support processes and procedures, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions, reflecting positively on the company's brand and reputation.
• Scheduling and managing the photography requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Cater to customer inquiries related to their accounts, providing timely and professional support.
