You will create classified car packages, generate payment links, and facilitate communication between internal teams to expedite workflows. The role also involves maintaining the client database, scheduling photography requests, and escalating complex issues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries, responding to customer requests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up packages and payment plans, maintaining the client database in the systems, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to expedite sales processes and resolve issues effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support processes and procedures, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions, reflecting positively on the company’s brand and reputation.
• Schedule and manage the photography requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ESCALATE and resolve complex issues promptly.
