Job summary

Ajax Systems is relocating from Kyiv to Dubai and seeks a Sales Operations/Administration professional to support customers, process contracts, and coordinate orders. The role involves ERP experience, Excel proficiency, and multi-lacale language skills in Ukrainian and English.

You will work closely with logistics and production to ensure timely shipping and accurate records, while supporting business development in a fast-paced security manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
• ERP system experience (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage).
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics or administration.

Responsibilities

• Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service.
• Support the Business Development function within the organization.
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
• Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders.
• Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
• Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.
