• Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Be a contact person for customers with sales inquiries.
• Support the Business Development function.
• Provide administrative and technical support for customer service.
• Manage the shipping process with logistics.
• Handle additional administrative tasks related to Sales Operations.
