Job summary

Nestle Dubai seeks a Sales Operations and Analytics professional to support the Sales function with accurate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will maintain sales tools and master data, support TTS/MBPC processes, and drive digital solutions to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales analysis, Sales Support, Finance, or related functions of Data Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Sales planning, forecasting, Trade spending, customer/channel management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business insights.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills with dashboarding and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Provide business insights, analysis, and decision-support tools for Sales and leadership.
• Monitor TTS performance, customer investments, spend vs plan and accruals.
• Support ICP and commercial planning through data analysis and performance tracking.
• Coordinate sales forecasting and support MBPC business reviews and management discussions.
• Prepare sales outlooks, identify risks and opportunities, and drive follow-up actions.
• Ensure BDAs comply with commercial policies and documentation requirements.
• Drive automation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities and customer investments.
• Identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
