Job summary

You will manage customer inquiries via multiple channels, register enquiries in Salesforce, and prepare quotations in ERP/Salesforce while ensuring accuracy of pricing and delivery details.

You will verify LPOs, maintain order integrity, and coordinate with sales teams to update material codes and ERP data within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Graduate with exposure to sales operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP workflows and processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer enquiries via email, phone or fax and capture the requirement accurately.
• Register customer enquiries into Salesforce.
• Prepare quotation revisions in ERP/Salesforce; verify price, BOQ, quantity, delivery information and discounts.
• Upon LPO receipt, verify quantity and price against quotation; resolve discrepancies with the Channel Sales Executive.
• Ensure sales orders capture all customer information (delivery location, contact person, etc.).
• Process orders by entering them into the system and updating customer requested dates.
• Process sample sales orders for review and approval with the HOD or supervisor.
• Coordinate with Supervisors/Sales Executives to obtain new material codes and update the ERP within 48 hours.
• Coordinate item code updates in the ERP for specification changes or unavailability.
• Support customer complaints with accurate information and maintain confidentiality of policies, pricing, and sensitive information.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and uphold core values.
