Job summary

You will use Salesforce and ERP systems to ensure accuracy in pricing, delivery, and documentation, while coordinating with supply chain and finance to implement new codes within tight timelines. The role requires 2 years in Sales or Customer Service, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM/ERP.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of sales operations, workflows, and processes.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and understand customer enquiries via email, phone, or fax and route to the right sales member.
• Register enquiries into Salesforce.
• Prepare quotation revisions in ERP/Salesforce; verify price, BOQ, quantity, delivery, and discounts.
• Verify LPO details and resolve discrepancies with the customer and Channel Sales Executive.
• Ensure sales orders capture delivery location and contact information; process orders and update requested delivery dates.
• Process samples and coordinate with Supervisor to create new material codes; liaise with Supply Chain and Finance to implement codes within 48 hours.
• Coordinate item code updates in ERP for specification changes or unavailability.
• Support customer complaints with accurate information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhere to company policies and values; assist line manager with other responsibilities.
