Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to maintain databases, assign clients to Account Managers, onboard new businesses, and provide day-to-day support across sales and operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales Operations or enabler roles, experience in e-commerce or pricing strategies, and strong CRM and Excel skills. A secondary education is minimum, with a bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a sales enabler role.
• Experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or pricing strategy.
• Account management experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel.
• Awareness of real estate industry trends and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain and manage sales databases and documentation.
