Job summary

Nestlé in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support to ensure availability of all sales reports and dashboards for the sales function. You will track performance and maintain up-to-date tools and master data across CRM, MOSAIC, and MBPC processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales analysis or support, a business/finance degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or finance related field.
• 1–2 years cross-functional experience in sales analysis, sales support or finance.
• FMCG background preferred; strong grasp of business processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management to monitor operations.
• Support GBM & Sales with data analysis and presentation materials.
• Ensure trade spends are reflected in CRM and provide TTS analysis to stakeholders.
• Prepare data/templates for monthly meetings, MBPC and cluster reporting.
• Manage master data for Customer, Customer Hierarchy, and Materials with F&C, Sales & NBS.
• Drive MOSAIC forecast tool data and ensure up-to-date information.
• Share Outlook with stakeholders and take actions for forecasting improvements.
