Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our client’s growing commercial team in Dubai. You will identify potential business clients, manage end-to-end sales interactions, and drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management.

You will lead generation, engage clients with compelling presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate favorable terms. Strong English communication and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in GCC/UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, managing end-to-end sales interactions, and driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new commercial leads through cold outreach, networking, market research, and client visits.
• Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations, pitch solutions to potential clients, and understand customer needs to offer relevant service offerings.
• Pipeline & Account Management: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, prepare quotation requests, and follow up regularly to ensure high closing rates.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present commercial offers, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and secure client agreements.
• Market Feedback & Reporting: Track daily sales activities in the CRM system and report performance metrics, competitor insights, and market trends to sales leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven track record as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or Account Representative in B2B sales within the GCC/UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Strong consultative selling skills, commercial awareness, and ability to hit quarterly sales quotas.
• Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
