Job summary

Astra Source in Abu Dhabi seeks a UPS Sales Manager with strong technical and commercial acumen to drive critical power solutions. You will develop opportunities, engage consultants, contractors and end users, and manage end-to-end B2B sales from inquiry to closure.

The role requires 2–8 years in UPS/critical power sales, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling UPS / Critical Power / Power Backup / Electrical Solutions.
• Experience working with MEP consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Strong understanding of UPS systems and applications.
• Strong B2B/project sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics or a related field preferred.
• Candidates currently based in India are encouraged to apply.
