Job summary

Iris House Properties is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead a motivated team of real estate professionals. You will drive sales performance, coach agents, and manage client relationships, negotiations, and property marketing using our CRM systems and dashboards.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, you will receive onboarding, mentorship from senior leaders, and a clear path to senior management based on results. Excellent communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or team leadership (required).
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, motivation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of agents to achieve monthly targets.
• Support team members with client management, deal negotiation and property marketing.
