Job summary

Agile Consultants in Ajman seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Marine Technical Services to lead the commercial sales function across multiple marine service lines. You will own the strategy, drive targets, and manage relationships with shipowners, charterers, and partners.

The role prioritizes LSA/FFA, calibration, automation, and lifeboat services while expanding other group verticals. Travel nationally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience within the maritime/marine services industry.
• Mandatory sales experience in FFA, Marine Automation, Calibration, and Lifeboat services.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets within B2B maritime sales.
• Experience developing business with shipowners, charterers, key accounts, and other maritime industry customers.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Experience managing key accounts, tenders, and complex contract negotiations across multiple service verticals.
• Experience developing structured sales pipelines and managing sales forecasts and CRM reporting.
• Strong commercial and business development capabilities.
• Ability to identify new markets, customers, and cross-selling opportunities across marine service verticals.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall sales strategy across all business lines, with a priority focus on generating and closing business for LSA/FFA, calibration, automation, and lifeboat services.
• Actively grow business across other group verticals, including marine agency services and related entities.
• Set annual and quarterly revenue targets by vertical and translate commercial objectives into actionable sales plans.
• Identify and pursue new market segments, geographies, and client verticals to expand the business footprint.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to maintain commercial competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring KPIs.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline segmented by vertical, with accurate forecasting.
• Establish CRM and reporting discipline for lead tracking, conversion analysis, and account management.
• Own relationships with key accounts, shipowners, charterers, and strategic partners, driving cross-selling across services.
• Ensure all sales activities align with policies, contractual standards, and maritime regulations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and revenue forecasts by vertical for senior management.
