Müller’s Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Manpower Outsourcing team and drive strategic growth in a competitive market. You will formulate sales strategies, motivate a high-performing team, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

You will also collaborate across functions to tailor workforce solutions, negotiate contracts, and deliver regular performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales management experience in manpower outsourcing or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies for Manpower Outsourcing services.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and refine sales tactics.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
