Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with clients, manage cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and oversee data migration activities while providing training and ongoing support to ensure long-term success of the ERP solution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, PM or a related field.
Proven experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Strong HR process understanding and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects within timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions to business needs.
Manage resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for alignment and visibility.
Monitor milestones, progress, and KPIs; address challenges proactively.
Provide training and support during and after implementation, ensure QA.
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
Manage data migration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
