Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our expert team in delivering HR technology solutions. You will oversee full implementation projects, advise on best practices, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client goals.

The role focuses on LMS, Performance Management and Compensation modules, requiring strong PM and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful SF deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in SuccessFactors consulting with proven implementations.
• Deep knowledge of multiple modules incl. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning and Recruiting.
• Strong PM and leadership skills; effective communicator with stakeholders.
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of SF modules to client specs.
• Collaborate with clients to map HR processes to SF solutions.
• Manage timelines, resources and deliverables for projects.
• Advise on best practices and optimize system performance.
• Conduct workshops, training and change management for user adoption.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations with other systems.
• Stay current with SF product updates and industry trends.
