Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and optimize Talent Management modules (RMK, LMS, PMGM) for diverse clients. You will configure, customize, and guide customers through best practices while ensuring smooth adoption across user groups.

In this role, you will run workshops, perform testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other systems, delivering measurable improvements in talent management processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years implementing SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Experience configuring RMK, LMS and PMGM modules.
• Strong analytical and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and analyze talent management processes across RMK, LMS and PMGM.
• Configure and optimize SuccessFactors talent management solutions per client needs.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices for recruitment marketing and learning.
• Lead end-user training and ensure adoption of the Talent Module.
• Perform testing and QA to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and SuccessFactors updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations.
