Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, preferably in managed services or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and market trends.
• Leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-starter with strong drive for results and client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote business development strategies tailored to Managed Services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales process.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance against targets.
• Participate in industry events to showcase Müller's Solutions and network with potential clients.
